"Opinions based on my experience: This practice is far too busy to give you accurate and personalized care if you need it. 1. They had difficulty keeping up with my records. Visit notes routinely contained errors. They rarely knew what my problem was – I had to explain it at almost every visit - even once to Dr. Stratford just seconds before an injection. I pulled the surgical report after an OR procedure and he didn't know why I was in the OR either -the diagnosis and reason for having surgery was wrong on the surgical order. Well, they erased my visit notes from the portal after that and the lawyers did their part too. It was like all these errors never happened, but I have all the documents. 2. I only saw Dr. Stratford if I was having a procedure, then I bounced between the PAs who routinely gave me the same advice despite telling them it wasn't helpful. They all kept prescribing NSAIDS to me even though I often asked, when will this be too much? Yep, eventually I had NSAID stomach acid and a miserable 2 weeks to get over it. This was 100% avoidable had they paid attention to my history. I felt like I was constantly fighting with my own provider to be heard and understood and their missteps lengthened my recovery on multiple occasions. I wish I had gone to a smaller provider where I might have gotten more accurate care. I blame them all for a much more painful and miserable recovery than it should have been. I can document all the facts in this review."

"I have had a few different appointments at The Woman’s Center over the past few months. Each visit has been a pleasant experience. All of the staff that I’ve come into contact with at this office are wonderful. The front desk staff is pleasant and the medical assistants are kind. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes past each appointment to be seen. Dr. Kantartzis made my issues feel validated, took the time to explain to me what she felt was going on, and referred me to the proper channels to get the issues addressed. I’d refer Dr. Kantartzis and her team to anyone and everyone because of the great service I have received."
