"I am an established patient. It is impossible to actually get someone on the phone at the main office. I realize that this is the outpatient surgery center but this seems to be a systemic problem throughout the main practice.They do not return phone calls even if you leave a message. I actually have to get in my car and drive down there to make an appointment!! I am told that they are aware of this problem and are working on it. I've been hearing this for the last 2 years and nothing has changed. Dr Desai is excellent, but the support staff leaves a bit to be desired. I don't know if they cannot keep people or they don't pay them enough money but I can tell you that the customer service is mediocre at best. I have a blood clot in my leg. I am trying to get my procedure cleared but apparently I have to do my own work. I went for my last test to get insurance company approval but come to find out nobody from the office took care of my issue. They never even sent the results to the insurance company. I had to get involved myself and frankly I shouldn't have to do somebody's work for them. As of today my problem is still not resolved. I just called into the outpatient surgery and of course I had to leave a message. Let's see what happens."
