"Useless. My elderly mother was to have been scheduled for a procedure. She never received the call. I attempted to call last week and spent 46 minutes waiting for someone at their call center to answer. Absolutely unacceptable. My mother tried to call today and hung up after 20 minutes. My mother is ill and can't get any help from these money grabbers. Seems to me this fix in the box is interested in taking insurance money but song nothing for these elderly clients. I've told my mother we're looking for new care. I'd rather pay out if pocket to get her help than watch her suffer waiting on this joke of a place. suggest finding quality care elsewhere."

"When I decided to change to Iora, I was very impressed with the team concept and that I would contact the same person whenever I had a question or need to see a physician. Since then, I have had four different reps and over the past year. When I have had a need to speak with someone. I have not gotten a call back. My prescription was not sent to drugstore once. Tiday, I called at 8am leaving a message that I was in pain and concerned. NO CALLBACK. I am looking into changing."

"I was seen by Dr. Kim Chipetine and her assistant Faith. I received excellent treatment for my medical problem. She did surgery and I am now healed. My Iora location was all booked up so they found me an opening at Higley location.I believe the girl that found the opening was Ashley. The service was exceptional."
