"I saw Dr. Parag Chokshi after seeing an another provider here in the past. Both were overwhelmingly unhelpful, & with rushed appointment slots of hardly 15 minutes — it’s no wonder Dr. Chokshi tried to slap me with a bogus diagnosis, because quite frankly: he had no clue, and was uninterested in doing a workup. Even upon asking if maybe an exam or some tests might shine some light on what he dismissed as usual things humans experience (undoubtedly not the case) he said no need, & I should seek answers elsewhere. After waiting 3 months for my time with him it was a huge let down, & now I’m off searching for a new doctor to help me. TLDR: don’t recommend."

"Dr. Patel is very patient, understanding, and kind, and he listens to my concerns. He took the time out of his busy schedule to explain the issues regarding my disease and symptoms. The staff is also very accommodating."

"Called the office and left the feedback that the doctor asked of me - turns out I called back 3 days later and they have no record of me calling. How can they provide healthcare if they can't even keep track of their multi-minute phone calls with patients? I gave them feedback letting them know the medication isn't helping. -office manager: "Oopsies". She was more concerned with defending the office procedures than helping a patient get connected with care."

"Very friendly staff and doctors in a lovely, clean office. Dr. Verma was especially pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions as if he had all the time in the world to spend with me. I had a question that I forgot to ask during the appointment. A staff member made note of it and the office called me the very next morning with the answer. You need to make an appointment in advance as they are quite busy, but it was definitely worth the wait to be treated with such kindness and respect."

"I saw Laurie Peterson for the first time yesterday and am so grateful I did. She didn’t want to settle on a diagnosis, give me medication, and send me on my way like most doctors do. She gave me a lot of helpful information about my situation that my previous doctor (who diagnosed me) didn’t even tell me. She believes in finding the root cause of the issue, rather than just treating the symptoms at hand to make you feel like you’re getting better when really the issue is still there. When I left the office, I immediately called my mom in happy tears because I was so thankful to have found someone who genuinely cares and has a plan of action! I feel very good about my treatment going forward. As someone who’s been to several different facilities over the last decade, I can confidently say this office provided the best healthcare I’ve experienced in a long time."
