"Dr Corcoran is excellent. He listens, is thoughtful and responsive. The office is very efficient. I have been a patient for about 10 years and think this is one of the best practices I've ever used."

"Not a good experience. I scheduled an appointment, specifically mentioning that I was coming for preventive services as a new patient. I also reiterated the same information while checking in for the appointment. However, no communication was provided regarding how my appointment would be categorized and will it be covered by my insurance or not. I was charged and billed for a new patient office visit at level 4. There was a total lack of communication from their side. Very disappointed."

"I hate to write this review as I have been a patient of Dr. Clark for over 20 years. In fact my entire family has been going to Sunny View for that length of time. I have never had a problem until recently. I had blood work done that Dr. Clark requested 3 weeks ago. My results were sent to the office 2 weeks ago and have not been viewed by Dr.Clark. I left a few voicemails and finally received a call back from Maria today. She was extremely rude and stated that Dr.Clark has received the results and will call when he reviews. I stated that this is not normal for Dr.Clark not review in a timely manner. Maria was very short and just basically said he’ll call you once reviewed. I must say that the customer service of this office has really changed. Part of me believes that this is not Dr.Clark’s fault and is in fact the result of no communication from his medical assistant."

"Whoever answers the phone for new patient scheduling needs better phone skills. The last thing I want to hear is a condescending irritated voice telling to me "that doesn't help me" (regarding my plan information I didnt know). I hung up, I didnt need to hear anything further after that. No thanks."

"I left this provider over a year ago. 0/10, do not recommend. SunnyView sent me an email today with the title “We Miss You”. This is laughable. Here is my response: “It appears you haven’t taken the hint. So let me be clear, the feeling isn’t mutual. The overwhelming lack of communication & professionalism exhibited by your admin team while I was a patient is inexcusable. Countless delayed & missed prescriptions, zero feedback loop or followup, and a rude & abrasive reception desk. No thank you. There wasn’t anything even remotely remarkable about Doctor Doris. In fact when I asked for his honest opinion about MY PERSONAL HEALTH, he really didn’t have anything of substance to offer. I need a provider whom I trust and who I can defer to as a medical doctor and healthcare provider. Dr. Doris lives up to the big pharma narrative that anyone can find online, at no point does he talk about the benefits of a good diet, sleep, and exercise.”"
