"My husband and I had the absolute luck of finding a new GP after a great recommendation. That was 4 years ago and he and Maddie have helped us both navigate through some life changing experiences! My husband suffered a subdural hematoma 5 years ago next month- our life changed drastically! Without the medical knowledge, expertise and compassion, I don’t think I could have gotten through this! Both Maddie and Dr Gloyd are always prepared for annual physicals as well as additional appointments! The front desk staff is professional, prepared and efficient! Finally, both my husband and I receive immediate feedback after our annual physical appointments- if there is a health issue that needs to be addressed normally done within 48 hours, often less! And personally! I am so happy Dr. Gloyd is my “ go-to” first call! He is an excellent physician!"

"BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES. Overall I have had a great experience with family practice specialists and Dr David Farrow. They are always quick to book an appointment, the staff are polite and helpful, and I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of care given for each and every one of my visits. The reason for the 4 star rating is I no longer even live in the country and was charged a bill for $49 as an “administrative fee” because I went to the office back in 2023. Now while $49 isn’t the end of the world, it’s the principle that they slip it in your new patient paperwork and say it’s because you use their online portal and admins… I’ve never met a doctors office that charges the patient to pay their employees when I promise you they make more than enough from billing to insurances and charging patients for the care they give to not need to sneak a petty “admin fee” in. Other than that though I’d highly recommend them for your general care."
