"This is not the same place as before. 2 years ago I had to wait 3 months for my appointment and guess what. I had no call or voicemail or email in a chart regarding cancellation. When I came there I was told it was cancelled without any prior notification and asked me to reschedule also with a rude tone like its my fault. So here I am I have tried my luck few days ago again thought it was just that day. I have kept quiet for very long time and their attitude got worse. Phone reps acts together like a church acting like above all! Very unorganized, unprofessional and not on the same page except Catherine and Renee, both were really professional and it was another one was really nice she called me yesterday to check for a video call, and while I was on hold another person called me I have advised that I am on hold with someone else she said no you are not on hold she wanted to convince that I am not on hold and line was on hold all time while rude rep talked and told me to call at 7 am to reschedule an appointment, which I did, and then Brittany called me when I was on my way to Dr. office and she started like " you were not nice to us yesterday calling u to cancel this appointment to reschedule. She acted to me like a Principal to a child! I have asked her wait a minute I have not talked to you she said she was made aware of others! and she said what she wanted and said she doesn't want to argue with a very rude voice, wait a minute? I was upset for cancelling appointments over and over but I was not rude to anyone! Obviously they don't care , she called me pretty much to tell me that she is the boss! Is this how u care for a customers/patience? Very bad negative hostile environment!"

"Its very hard to getvin. I've only been able to see Dr Dhillon one time, in Dec of 2022. She was very nice, just an introduction kind of appointment. I had a telehealth visit with another doctor about an eye infection on the second attempt, and the 3rd time I was told to go to urgent care for trouble breathing. I would like to have a primary care physician because I am 70 yrs old, but using trouble."
