"This place is unprofessional, and it seemed like they did not want to help me. I am a prior patient with clear symptoms. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled. They called me the afternoon before to apparently confirm (it was the first time I had heard from them since scheduling my appointment). I was not able to answer my phone because I was in meetings all afternoon, so they cancelled my appointment, which I had to wait a month for, without notice. I called back 15 minutes after I got their message (that same afternoon), but nobody answered, and nobody ever called me back. I also called them the day of my appointment, and nobody answered. I have never dealt with a doctor's office in which no one was tasked with answering the phone."

"Just had a phone consult with Dr Mellen. I am super surprised he was the one to call and not a nurse or other. He was very nice and seemed concerned. Will update after my appointment in person."

"UPDATE: Wow. DR. RODRIGUEZ woah I am at a loss for words for the unprofessionalism. He ended up calling me later (way past my appointment time). He literally cut me off mid sentence after asking me what the appointment was for and told me he would just cancel the appointment. Then hung up the phone. I cannot make this up. Woah please please don't take your loved ones here. I do plan on reporting this office. Staff is not friendly, or not friendly to new patients. I waited weeks for an over the phone appointment just to never get a call. The day before the appointment I called multiple times to confirm before someone actually answered. This lady confirmed my appointment and time. The very next day I received no call and am still unable to get anyone on the phone at this office. This is unfortunate for people have serious medical issues to be neglected. Granted they have not seen me yet (new patient) but this is not a great first impression."

"I had a procedure done on the 6th of November. Today's December 1st and I still haven't received my results. I've called today and last week before Thanksgiving. No one is returning my calls. I do not recommend this office."

"I tried scheduling an appointment for my fiancé and the provider would not see him because he has a previous GI provider. His last doctor treated him for upper GI issues and now he is having lower GI issues. I do not understand as I work in the medical field as well why a provider will reject a new patient? He was simply looking for a GI closer to our home. This office seems to have great reviews but it is a terrible system to turn away potential new patients."
