"My experience with this place was awful. They could have told me over the phone that I needed an ex-ray first but instead decided to charge me the $189 to tell me to come back. My paper work was filled out before my appt. and they informed me they could do treatment that day. They waited until I got there to call my insurance co. just to tell me that I didn't qualify for treatment. This could have been done before I drove 30 miles out of my way for this appt. So needless to say, I will NOT be back!!"

"I went in as a new patient yesterday and seen Dr. Robert Glenn and the visit was Amazing! He listened to everything I had to say. He was very patient with me and actually was truly concerned about my situation. He is very smart and has a way of explaining the situation with solutions. He went out of his way to find others that can help me as well. It feels great to find someone who cares about what’s happening to me and is willing to go the extra mile to give me a better quality of life. I walked out of there feeling like he gave my heart the biggest hug that I needed and that I’m lucky to have found his help."

"My mom has severe chronic pain stemming from a head on collision over 40 years ago. She has been to many doctors throughout the years and somehow recently ended up with Dr. Ghaffari and like the above review mentioned she has never been treated worse by a Dr. In her life. He belittles her and doesn't believe she's in the amount of pain she says even when they got a 150+ pages of her medical records. He should not be allowed to practice and treat patients like this. She leaves crying almost every time and gets little help from him. This makes me so mad. I'm glad someone else wrote a review that shows how horrible this Dr. is so she knows she's not alone."

"Do not go here do not see the fake Dr. here I went in and he did nothing but belittle me and make it feel like I was just making everything up to him. I would try to express my pain but he would interrupt me and talk down to me. He will not believe someone who survived a motorcycle accident and when I left all I could think of is how he should not ever be able to pretend to help anyone. He is awful and I have now brought it up with other doctors and my family will be getting involved because he is not a good person who helps. I will be following through with a lawyer for the lack of what he does. Maybe he forgot why he went to medical school to start with. And for the oath they go tht, well that was out the window. He needs to be revewed by the medical board. He should not be allowed to be called a Dr."
