"BY FAR the WORST clinic I have ever been a patient at. Things are ALWAYS screwed up. I was going to leave, but I finally got placed with a doctor I liked, so I endured the constant screw ups. My doctor has since left and the final straw was them telling me that they would not fill my prescriptions because they were not the facility that wrote the prescription. (That is a lie.) I am out of state for the summer and now have no way to get my needed meds without paying full price out of pocket for a provider out of state."
"I used to be very happy with the care I was getting until my doctor left. Since then it's been a mess. I can't even get refills on necessary medications. I have an appointment with a whole new office."
"If i could I wouldn’t give them any star. I called to register my mom and the receptionist is rude and made every step so complicated. They don’t speak Spanish and they make it impossible to communicate even with a translator. Doctors should be aware of how their employees treat patients."
"Called and scheduled an appointment with my new "assigned" endocrinologist as my previous one had left Dignity (third doctor associated with my care at Dignity since May 2019 that have left). Called on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. and scheduling person confirmed Thursday 11 a.m. appointment. Around 1p.m. on Tuesday, I get a confirming text for my appointment at 11a.m. TUESDAY! Later Tuesday, checking my e-mail I received a "No-show" e-mail for an appointment on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. That was then followed by a veiled threat letter from Jeanette Bohacik, Supervisor of Internal Medicine, warning me that I had no-showed twice and letting me know that a third time I'd be out! This, of course, all happens while the newly assigned doctor and her staff have yet to respond to messages that were sent to them through the patient portal. I guess responsibility and responsiveness is a one way street with this business. Once again, who is the client here?"
