"Became a member here started going a couple of months ago with a friend. Some of the gyms are better than others, and they are cleaner and have more equipment than others. Because we travel around The Valley so much painting houses, and we do windows washing, pressure washing, paver sealing? I had to sign up to be able to go to multiple gyms. I'm not a big fan that some are better than others. Should all be clean and have enough equipment. But I will keep going because it's better than everybody else"

"The front staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment you enter. The gym itself is well-maintained and consistently cleaned. A standout feature is the amazing daycare provided by Danielle and Fatima; their constant smiles create a welcoming environment. Every visit, they go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of the children entrusted to them. They always provide detailed summaries of my child's time with them; it truly sets them apart. Even so, my little one has formed a special bond with them and is always excited to go to the gym. My husband and I trust them wholeheartedly, allowing us to focus on our workouts with peace of mind. This gym's commitment to accommodating needs, especially in daycare, enhances the overall experience every time."

"The facility is good. Management of Personal Training is horrible. My partner had no continuity in a non-existent training plan and was shuffled among trainers which added to the problem. She was overcharged and promised a refund of the overcharge and told to wait 2 months for her money. Two months have come and gone; no refund and no replies to her inquiries. BEWARE! I have a gym membership but will have nothing to do with their personal training."

"I come here before or after work when I’m not close to the EOS that is close to my house. It’s always clean here and the staff is nice. The only thing I would say is not the biggest EOS out there. But as far as the facility overall goes, and the way it is managed and ran I would give it five stars."
