"I called this location to see if they had baseballs that I wanted to purchase, and they confirmed that they had them. I told the guy over the phone that I was on my way before they closed. As soon as I arrived, a woman and a guy were at the register, and they had the store closed 20 mins before the time posted for closing. I told them that I was the one that called, and they ignored me. I literally drove 30 mins out for no reason. Horrible customer service."

"I would not be coming back to this store! Staff employees are rude and unprofessional! As I was browsing around, a staff employee talked ill of a customer due to the expense not fitting in their budget. A staff employee said out loud “ I don’t understand why people can’t afford stuff here at big5, it’s not my fault you can’t afford it. It’s not like it’s expensive neither but if you’re broke just say that.” The other two staff employees who where there nod , agreed and giggled. As a customer, I did not appreciate that comment whatsoever simply because it’s not their place to judge based on others on their budget/ income. I do not normally write reviews. However, I felt that this should definitely be knowledge."

"Went in for some ammo they had on sale. Was a very good price. But wanted to get some different sizes and the selection was very limited. And pricey."

"The outside of store doesn't look inviting needs attention looks abandoned. The inside very clean as soon as I walked in the a/c very cold refreshing. I looked for water to cool me off none to be found for sale nor a drinking fountain and public restrooms. Besides all that store full of merchandise employees attentive helpful friendly had what I needed."
