"Came here to get a high and tight. Two on the top and one on the side. The girl who did my hair was probably a new student and would often ask her instructor for assistance (which is understandable) the instructor took over and was VERY rough with my hair. They shaved my hair really short. At one point, the girl that cut my hair asked her colleague about a spot on my head that was uneven and what to do with it, and her colleague said in quote “That’s inevitable, he’s blind.” I feel like that was very unprofessional and unacceptable. So if you like being being shamed about visually impaired and want a hair cut that is done wrong, this is the place for you! I will never come back."

"I told them what was wrong with my hair and that I live about 40 minutes she goes sure yeah if you come and walk in they can do it. I asked for the location she told me 2828 North 36th Street. I could get my hair color corrected they tried to down play me about I came to the wrong location. I just drove 40 minutes and they’re refusing to color correct my hair after I asked to make sure and they confirmed if I walk in they can do it."

"The girl who cut my hair was kinda lazy, she didn’t like how much hair I had and wouldn’t really fix things I didn’t like because it “would take longer” (she said no to layers and to fixing it to the length I wanted) I had asked several times for it to be cut to my armpits and she still left it about 2 inches longer than I wanted. When I was getting my hair shampooed she kept accidentally splashing soap in my eyes which got annoying. Personally I wouldn’t go back, but you get what you pay for."

I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years, Abigail is the definition of a professional hair stylist! excellent attention to detail, she is very friendly and I always leave happy and looking much better than before. Definitely definitely head here when you need a cut."
