"Unorganized and unprofessional. They let these kids run around and do whatever/ watch themselves. Then have the nerve to charge $20 per kid if you come right in when they close as if it’s an Inconvenience like they had to watch peoples kids longer than what they agreed to which is not the case. Personal Ex. In the summer the club closes at 6:00pm I was in the door at 6:00pm however they have a teeny tiny window as if you’re at a fast food restaurant that you have to pick your kids up through they were talking to another parent for almost 5 minutes there’s one more person in front of me and there’s three other parents behind me waiting in line so I get to the window and I get charged for that. Because THEY took too long."

"This is the worst unorganized place. You pick up your child like a fast food restaurant window. My child was none stop bullied for 2 days. NO control. NO authority. It is suppose to be Summer program, Suppose to be FUN. NOT worry about your child being BULLIED and scared to go there. No one reached out to me to advise. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! RED FLAG! RED FLAG. I brought to the director attention, and the very first thing she told me was WHY was I taking him out, was it because was getting picked on. SO it is an issue that is NOT being addressed! Hope this saves someone's time and your poor child from going here. STAY AWAY!"
