"Best MMA training facility out there! Tons of classes and times available to work with our schedule. My husband does the adult classes while my girls do kickboxing, wrestling, or jujitsu. The staff is absolutely great and the instructors are all incredibly patient, upbeat, and kind. My kids love being here!"

"Had to stop taking my son here because of a bad experience with the boxing instructor Adam. My son was training basics for a few months which is understandable. After a seeing him easily catch on I asked for him to train with the more experienced kids to challenge him. At first the coach was compliant with my request and apologized. He even agreed that he was doing great and that it wouldn’t happen again as he was ready to train with the more experienced group. My son was excited to finally prove himself worthy and challenge himself. We had a talk on the way home about how his hard work was paying off. A couple days later he put him back with training basics. I went to talk to the instructor and reminded him that he had told me that it wouldn’t happen again. His reply was that he “felt bad” for my son and he didn’t really mean what he told me. That he only said that because i kept “pressuring” him when all I did was kindly ask for him to give him a chance. My son was shattered and even cried after we left. The truth was that there were a few kids in the experienced class whom didnt have a proper form as my child did. It really bothered me how the coach went about it by lying to my face and then claiming and saying in front of the other kids that he only had told me that because he felt bad. Totally not professional. Other than that this place was amazing. All the other coaches were great and professional"

"We're from Washington State and we're in town for a visit. It was our son's first time attending classes at the gym and they were most welcoming! They made our son's experience, one he'll never forget. I'll definitely be taking him back to the MMA Lab, everytime we're back in town. UPDATE: We were able to go back to the gym two more times during our week stay and both times were equally as amazing as the first for our son. I'm so glad that it all worked out for multiple visits during the week that we were in town and each time they went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcome."
