"Bought the membership because of the boxing bags. Guess what? You cannot use them cause they colocated with the fitness class room and you cannot box while classes are being given. The class schedule is booked most of the day, so you cannot use the bags most of the day. About ten bags not being used, that's a waist of resources, bags should be spread across different training areas."

"Cancel aqua class without notification. One of the people that takes the class with me spoke to instructor and advised her class was Cancel. My money is green too..didn't the rest of members need to know this. Apparently the Wilmot 9 am location took off there 9 am aqua. What is going oN LA FITNESS"

"Really liked this gym at first but then Dylan Is so pushy about the work out class that I’ve repeatedly said no too and he just keeps trying to push it on me I just got my membership but am so close to canceling it’s really not worth it. Armando is the most rudest person I’ve met at that gym and is also very pushy. Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone I’ll be canceling asap"

"They have everything you need to work out. Great classes and teachers. Now the Marana location has a smoothie bar. All for only $35 per month. There is no reason to go to another gym."

"I’ve been coming here for several years and think they should rethink a few things. Find a club manager who is as helpful and friendly as Eric. Recently when the sauna shut off for the umpteenth time and I had to go out to the front desk wrapped in a towel the manager came back and fixed it. It’s a simple fix. However when I asked her to show me how to do it so we’d both be saved the inconvenience, she refused, If there’s ever a problem, like excessive chlorine in the pool, “corporate “ is blamed. She gives you their email and no one ever responds. It’s a lovely facility kept fairly clean and I purposely go when it’s not crowded. Yesterday as I was taking a shower, a woman in another stall began talking loudly and crazily about “killing the police and all the spies who were watching “ her shower and “stabbing them till they die.” We were the only people in the women’s room. She was completely raving. I left immediately and went to the front desk. They knew exactly who I meant and seemed to think this was nothing out of the ordinary. Really??"
