"For the past six weeks I’ve been doing yoga sessions with Ja, Desiree, Neve, and Philip. I’m brand new to yoga and each of these instructors has done a great job easing me into body awareness. Each of my teachers has their own style and energy, keeps it fresh and interesting for me. I’m noticing increasing strength and flexibility as well as confidence and balance. The space is welcoming and clean and organized. I purchased the yoga package which is a great deal. Highly recommend!! I haven’t tried the dance sessions but interested in the Longevity Sessions"
