She always has a unique point of view that helps the entire clinical team look at clients and their treatment-interfering or other maladaptive behaviors in a new way. She always holds space for clients - especially the most difficult to reach - and she meets people where they at and help them - many for the first time - build life-changing skills. She is a DBT expert; and any client who has struggled with maintaining interpersonal relationships, skill building, low self-esteem, attachment, personality disorders (especially borderline) and other forms of emotional disregulation is going to be in expert care with Debby."
