"When I came around and found this place, I was in a very dark spot of my life-… It took a lot of adjusting and reconnecting. After getting back on track with medications and necessary adjustments it really felt like a family. A single call away, and they would be there for whatever it is that I need without degradation, no matter how much of an “inconvenience” I would think it would be. They take care of you like you are their own and really know how to make a small room a comforting safe space. They have been my number one greatest mental health advocate since I started here and they will make sure you get the treatment and hospitality you deserve. They will be your best friend and strongest allies ESPECIALLY when it comes to insurance companies refusing to take care of you. Absolutely recommend, this is a third home/safe space for me and I couldn't feel more comfortable if I tried. "

"Update they kicked me out as a patient for no reason. I guess it was Danielle. I'm doing a compliance with acchs , they stopped my care because I asked to see him one day before my appointment. Don't come here if your value you're self respect. Danielle the receptionist refuse to let your side no I was there because I didn't have an appointment I was there waiting sweating for an hour and Danielle did not even offer me water but as soon as another patient walked in she offered them water. That may not seem like a big deal but then when you've been waiting for an hour that's crazy. Here's the worst part she said I wasn't going to get to talk to anybody because I didn't have an appointment but that's against the insurance policy. Danielle is the most condescending customer service person I've known if I had walked there I could have dehydrated and she didn't even care enough to offer me water but she offered it to others. I've never met such a passive aggressive person in my life as Danielle. Not only is she trying to deny me access to my psychiatrist but she is literally trying to dehydrate me until I leave."

"Completely careless staff. My mother has been trying to get her prescriptions filled for 3 weeks now and every time we call the receptionist tells us “it must have slipped the doctors mind” and that “it will be done today” and then nothing is done. Irresponsible and unprofessional. People NEED their medication and the staff and doctors here clearly cannot be bothered. It’s a shame my mother is suffering without her medication because of these peoples laziness."

"I absolutely love Dr. Josiah!! He has to be the only Dr. I've met who has shown me, that he isn't in this line of work to make money off his patients, but that he actually really cares and wants to help them! UNLIKE some Doctors I've met. He helped me when I needed it the most, especially when I only walked in and was pretty much having a break down, he didn't turn the other way. He listened and gave me advice that probably no Dr would have given me he really is a wonderful Doc. So is his staff. I truly am greatful that I found Zen."
