"Dr. Scheinkein was the most thorough and caring dr. I would easily give her a five star rating for her care. My son was very sick and every test was coming up negative, she continued investigating until we figured it out. I'm giving 4 stars only because it was sometimes difficult to get in contact with her. I finally figured out one of the phone numbers I had was connected to a voicemail that was not checked. That was probably why the other reviewer did not get a call back. Hopefully they have fixed the problem but I don't think it was the dr's fault. I also had a very long wait time when I went in for appointments. But she did spend an incredibly long time with us, much longer than any other dr has ever taken, really trying to get to the bottom of his problems. If you need an experienced dr who will be thorough, I would definitely say the inconvenience of the wait times and communication are worth it."

"Worst experience I have ever had! I have been calling everyday for a week to get the results for my 5 yr. old daughter who has been sick for more than a month. To this day, I still have not gotten a phone call back from the doctor to discuss my results. I guess a return phone call is to much to ask! If possible, I would rate her zero stars."
