"Today I experienced the worse visit within a pediatrician office in my life. I walked in with my Grandson and was never greeted. I actually greeted the older lady at the front desk sitting behind the glass. I explained to her that I was running late because I was lost looking for the office. She never asked for the patients name. I told her my grandsons name and the time my visit was. I also explained to her that my daughter in law called and told them I was lost and would be late. They said , it would not be a problem. I told her I am Grandma and she looked st me and said, your not Mom. .with a blank look in her face as if she was annoyed. She then looked at the clock after staying quiet for what seemed like about 10 mins until I asked if My Grandson would still be seen. She then replied No, you must reschedule. I told her that they were aware of us being late and then she replied, 'we don't have phones here"! I asked then how do you'll relay messages...she said, through central office...I told her, this is horrible communication. The list goes on and on about today's experience. There is so much more to explain and I rather not continue. I am just informing others of the poor service that is going on here. Also, I only took my Grandson today because the last appointment she had they didn't allow her to go in because she had her other children so they refused service to the baby. I understand Corona virus is here however, some people just have no other choice. This office is not only uninviting its very unprofessional and lacks alot of communication. I just didn't understand how a Dr's office does not communicate with their patients directly. Long story short. We will be looking for another pediatrician and Good Luck to everyone else. I hope you all have a better experience there."
