The neurologist at Phoenix children's hospital said 90% of pediatricians would have missed it and I must have a great doctor for my son. They have always been knowledgeable and comprehensive."

"Visited the doctor for a simple hygiene issue of my kid's ear wax clean up. Even this small issue was not handled properly. Called back to express my concern and dissatisfaction of the service but was politely pushed back. All time and money spent went for a total waste. At least the doctor should have shown willingness and courtesy to do a check up again in this case. More details on the visit: Before visit I checked myself using torch that my kid had some wax in left ear. During visit the doctor and his assistant tried cleaning the wax using water and nothing came out. I was holding the tray myself so asked why nothing came out. To the surprise, I got the response that the wax was probably very less so that's fine. ( if it was very less why exactly you tried water and so?) Anyway after coming back at home I checked and can still see the wax. I gave a day to make it's not the water but second day I can still see wax clearly. Called back the clinic and talked to the doctor. Nothing really professional and satisfied response. Had to finally tell that I would have been happier if you had cared self to check again. One can make mistakes but trying not to admit is not right. I can comment here since ear wax is not rocket science.. Shakes my trust ."
