"Disclaimer for potential partiality: I am currently working at SSI and have been for the past 5 years. However, this is the best employer I have ever had as far as being treated as a human and not as a human resource for profit, as well as sincerely caring about their product, the industry, and their customers. That being said, I have been an aviation professional for 9 years and just a general professional in the workforce for 16 years, and I have yet to find a place which not only sincerely believes in doing their best as well as providing quality training and learning management systems to airports and airport users. I have stuck with them because of their integrity, quality, fairness, and sincerity. Even disregarding my personal experiences working here, if I was in a position for training at an airport, I would absolutely use SSI because they care about what they're doing (trying to improve and educate the aviation industry)- which is why I took the job in the first place because I saw that they want a better aviation system not a better profit margin."
