"Worst pain clinic I've ever been to. Only 2 handicap parking spaces on the side of the building with the elevator (it's on the second floor). Then it's a long hallway to check in. After they call you back, it's another long walk back toward the front of the building. The dr's change frequently. I was unaware that the injections they were giving me would spike my blood sugar to dangerous levels (they know I'm diabetic). Took me 6 months to get my A1C back to normal, even ended up on insulun when I had never needed it before and am still on it. The last Dr I saw suggested surgery and then 6 months of calls and texts (easiest way to contact them is by text) and still can't get a response from the surgical team. I talked to the manufacturer of the device more than my "team." Then, because it took so long, my referral expired so I couldn't even refill my meds(non-narcotic). Decided to switch to a new dr, but it's been more than a week since I requested a discharge and now they can't even find the discharge letter I filled out in my chart for the dr to sign. per my insurance, I can't see a new dr without this letter. Don't go here, they've made me miserable for the last year."
"This office, especially the doctor, did not care about my situation. He couldn’t take into account that the patient had major trauma not that long ago and said the pain was “all in her head!” He never responded to emails and wanted the patient to take numerous visits to the office that were uncalled for. He definitely wanted to make sure to get paid by insurance, but didn’t take care of the need of the patient."
