"I've been going to this Safeway for years, and overall the shopping experience has been good. However, I had a really disappointing incident tonight. I placed an online order for pickup at the store, but there were issues with the service. The person in charge of handling FedEx packages, Aaron, was not available at the customer service/FedEx counter during working hours. After waiting for a while, I had to ask other Safeway staff for help, and Aaron finally emerged from a dark glass room next to the counter. His behavior was rude and he rushed to give me my package. When I got home, I realized that only part of my order was included. I had to go back to the store to retrieve the remaining items. Unfortunately, Aaron was still hiding in the dark room and refused to communicate. He even threatened to call security when I tried to discuss the issue. I had to seek help from the store manager. Having to visit the store twice due to Aaron's mistakes is incredibly frustrating. It's clear that he hates his job and doesn't care about the store's reputation. Such a bummer."
