"Worst pizza I've ever had! BBQ pizza is a negative 10, it literally felt like eating cardboard. ordered a special pizza that was 30+$ and got a pep only inside. The only one that came right was the small cheese and you can't mess that up. The only good thing I can say was the wings where good and that's pushing it. Don't eat here! Shaquille O'Neal what happened?"

"This place is always under staffed. I feel bad for them because I know customers are getting frustrated with them. I orders a pizza today, after watching the time frame on the app it said it was delivered and never was. I called no one answered. Went to the place and had to wait only saw two young ladies working there. Once I explained I never got a pizza. I asked for a refund. I didn't check the refund receipt when I left. After getting home I noticed the receipt was for a $5 refund and my order was $30.21. Had to go back up to the store and they still didn't get me a full refund. The clerk said she don't know why it was giving me a less amount. So now I will have to dispute it with my cc. I had issues with the place before. Their service is getting worse and worse. So I will have to stop using this establishment. Good luck."

"Ordered Shaq-A-Roni pizza that claims over 60 slices of pepperoni. After first slice, I realized they just gave me a regular pepperoni pizza, which means I was over charged for product received."

"This location needs help!!!! All the employees were hustling, but after waiting in the store for over an hour, I noticed every person to come in and pick up had a similar experience. Please hire someone who knows how to run a Papa John's to teach all these very hard workers how to do this effectively. I will ot be coming here again... and I've been a fan of Papa John's for over 20 years."

"Food was 4 stars because it still tastes great, but there was a new guy doing the cheese prep for the pies, and it shows. There is a noticeable gap all around each pizza I got (I got a large sausage and a large pepperoni). 5 star service because the young manager checked with me to see if I had come to pick up. I was going to order in store, but they had no menus, so I ordered online through my phone. She was exceptionally friendly. 3 star atmosphere. Not great, not bad. Just an empty pizza restaurant with no menus posted. They were working furiously as the evening crowd started ordering and picking up their pizzas."
