"In general, I love Barro's Pizza. This particular location is garbage. I order food for pickup, I show up at the time that they've asked me to and my food is always cold. Not warm but cold. Cold wings, cold pizza. Since I like Barros as a general rule, I've given them a couple chances. No more. I'll go to a better location with better management"
"I've been coming to this Barros pizza for years with my family. Rarely do they ever disappoint you with the food, even on busy weekends. Their traditional wings are extremely delicious, and it's great that they tend to serve them before the pizza is served. The pizza is brought out straight from the oven, so take care not to burn yourself when biting into it."
"We order about twice a month from this location. We love the food but it’s a dice roll every time we order. Sometimes it goes great but I’d say 75% of the time they miss an item that we order. I’m not talking about just a missing sauce but usually an item that costs $7-$10. Tonight they didn’t send the breadsticks we ordered. Other times that we have called and tell them an item was missing there’s no care on their part and no credit is offered so we just don’t call now and always expect something to be missing when we get it."
"Took a while to get the pizza but the taste was great. Crust was fluffy. Sauce and taste was great. Chicken wings were a great consistency with explosive flavor and tenderness. Gaming area was great although I heard many complaints of the claw machine being fraudulent as the clas doesn't grab even with a perfect execution. But that's to be expected with a claw machine. Good experience overall"
"They normally don't disappoint. I had a bad delivery experience, but to the managers credit, Robert, took care of it. He remade the pizza and had it redelivered right away. It was a Barro's special thin crust well done extra sauce. That's our go to pie. Of all the times I've ordered it is rare to have a bad experience. Order from them, do it! Thanks Robert"
