"I would give them negative stars if there were any. Very bad experience with this University! Their service is like fishing people/students. They just try to take your money, charge you as much as they can. They don’t use human sense to resolve a problem. Instead, they blamed on their virtual system/robot machine, and there is nothing they could do about it. From the beginning, I was pushed to save my card in their system, but later before I took a course with them, I requested them to remove my card, and they said they would take care of it. And I guessed they never did it. So I am charged for an unreasonable amount and without my authorization. Please be careful with this university everyone! I believe there are lots of better University out there. Things are just smooth when this University can charge our money easily. But when a problem comes up, the responsibility is on us. They just want to take our money. That’s it!"
