"Writing yet another time when i receive an email from FedEx that there's been an "attempted delivery" and no one has knocked on my door, left a tracking ticket, or left the package with the building manager as the delivery instructions on my account state. The Building Manager said a FedEx Delivery worker came in with a package for someone who doesn't live here anymore and had her sign for that. She said he did that and left. At least when I called this time the Customer Support Agent contacted Dispatch to redeliver the package. My hopes are not high that it will be redelivered today and according to the agent and website it will most likely be delivered on Monday. The unreliability of FedEx workers will deter me from shopping with businesses that use them as their delivery source."
"Hard to find entrance, not marked well, line haul office door is locked and location poorly marked. Most employees clueless as to where anything is."
