"Movers did a fine job bringing in our furniture. A few scuffs and dings on furniture. I had a pool table that needed to be moved to our basement. It was placed in my garage. While I was in the house all 4 movers literally ran to there cars and left. Before leaving I was told people were coming to move the table. I was lied to. I had to pay out of my pocket to have the table moved and setup. Also truck was 2 days late on the delivery."

"Was offered Dircks as part of my relocation package at my current employer; Dircks moved me from Phoenix, Arizona to Manhattan, New York in 2 weeks! All of my stuff arrived on- time, during a snow storm and all of my stuff was in perfect condition and packed super well. The movers were so nice and made everything extremely easy. I didn’t have to lift a finger!"

"If I could give this company 10 stars I would! They moved our entire 2000 Square Foot office, including heavy equipment, to 2 new office locations in less than 5 hours. The entire crew was organized, professional and courteous. They have hydraulic lifts on the trucks, ensuring all large furniture is safely loaded and unloaded. I've used many companies over the years and they are by far the BEST. Highly recommend."

"I had a smooth experience with Dircks Moving & Logistics. When I found out I was going to be moving across the country, I called a couple of national moving affiliates. Dircks was the first to reply and the only one to actually send out a estimator for my household. I was provided a binding estimate and I booked the moving day well in advance. The online tools that Mayflower offers are super helpful! I used the checklists to ensure that I was ready for moving day. There were things that I hadn't thought about and other things that I knew I needed to do, but having them on a timeline was convenient and helpful. The move coordinator was professional and organized. She confirmed arrival for loading day and provided me with the name of the driver. The driver and loading crew were efficient, careful, and kind. The driver explained each step and made sure that I had his contact information for any questions that would come up during transit time. Delivery was one day past the provided timeframe, but I was made aware of that ahead of time and they explained the reasons why. The driver kept me updated on his arrival. Once again the driver and crew on unloading day were very efficient, helpful, and careful with my belongings. I would definitely use Dircks Moving again and would recommend them to my family and friends."

"Very bad experience with Mayflower and/or Dircks. My wife's 1 star review was not posted, not sure if they pay Google to censor bad review. so I need to repost here again. We have about 20+ items were damaged, and they have not resolved the insurance yet, there are only 2 items were repaired (it has been 4 weeks plus since we moved in). Very bad customer service and slow. They reject to disassemble our bed frame with storage and didn't take care our items well. I would give 0 stars if that is possible. Our things are not handled well, not labelled properly, and not taken care of. Almost thinking of getting attorney to resolve this. Please let me know what u guys think."
