"Booked them for Saturday at 10 am, Confirmed multiple times while booking they would be there & have a truck. Saturday morning comes around & I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! I was relying on them being there with the moving truck, I ended up having to rent a U-Haul. They made my move so much more stressful, Never bother calling back after the countless voicemails. This company is so unprofessional & after reading reviews I'm glad I didn't use them. UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE"

"After having a really good first experience with their team (Tom and John), I decided to use them again except this time, I hired a 3-person team (Tom, John, and Rob? sorry). With both moves, the teams were professional, courteous, and focused. They showed genuine care for my property, and they didn't hesitate to go the extra mile. I cannot recommend them enough...Regardless of the size of your move."

"update: 2/6 3 PM: Got a call from the owner Robert, he totally understood the situation and apologized. he immediately sent his crew lead Javian and got the work done quickly. changing my review not because they did the work for me but they tried to solve a dispute as professionally as possible. As we say "Mistakes can/will happen but as far as we learn from it and make sure it doesn't happen again", we have made a positive progress. so the owner and Javian did promise and said that they are removing the Arrogant person from the team. Thank you for Robert and Javian as it will avoid other clients getting affected in the future. they finished the job before 6 pm 2/6: 12 PM: I would give a negative 100 star for this company. I used their packing and moving services. A set of 3 guys came in and one of them was already using abusive words ( he said he is the owners son) while he was packing, before he completed the packing. He wanted all the money that was agreed upon before he starts the job.they packed half way and left a lot of items unpacked. Don’t waste your money and go with this company.. after they finished the move, look at the items left at home.. have a lot of it pending and I have to redo this."

"This company is absolutely terrible. They are currently changing their name.im assuming because of the terrible service. Starving students subcontracted our job to this company. We were told our job was first, nearly 4 hours later at the end of the quoted start time is when they showed up. Immediately started saying there were additional charges and that they weren't going to start until we agreed. We paid for 3 guys after an hour one of the guys dropped our furniture on another guys foot making it so he couldn't work. They did not use a doy.or ramp and did not take care of our property. The owners son showed up in slide sandals and sweats and complained about it being his day off any working. After moving they caused us at least $700 in damages then when we asked about it getting fixed they gave us a hard time and initially denied even causing damage. They did send us $300 to compensate but again the broke our property and had no care. Driving around in expired tags in July would not recommend their services to anyone. They even tried to hide the damages !"
