"I've had Detroit "style" pizza a couple times up in Oregon this past summer at a food truck . Being down here in the valley there are so many choices of pizza . ( NY, Chicago , Pizza Bianco, etc.). I was in the mood for Detroit today and now I could make a comparison between Jet's Pizza and pizza from Oregon. My brother and I split the 8 corner pizza . We added red onion to half of the order. The pizza was pretty good. I thought I could use more sauce. The only down point to the pizza was the cost . The 8 slice pizza cost over $25 plus a tip for over $30. A little steep for 1/2 a pizza pie. I'm on the fence about coming back to Jet's."

"I ordered a pepperoni pizza here and the woman taking my order was very polite and explained everything to me thoroughly as it was my first time visiting this establishment / chain. The pizza was properly cooked, however it was not cut as well as it could have been in their case would require a sharper blade so that the ingredients didn't shift as much as they did. Ingredients: they are of average quality but for the price it's a solid pizza. The sauce had a good flavor to it, but adding garlic to the crust is literally just sprinkling garlic powder around the edges. Knowing that I will make a small change next time by adding butter as well. Execution of cooking: the crust was perfectly cooked and the ingredients had correct caramelization through the cooking process bringing up the flavors of the ingredients. Presentation: This could have been improved a bit again with how it was cut but also having slightly more cheese could have potentially mitigated showing of the crust underneath near where it was cut at. Reminder to myself the next time I eat here. Add extra cheese and a little extra sauce."
