I truly cant thank them enough I originally came in for an estimate because my item was so large. They made me feel assured from beginning to end was truly a seamless process! Couldn't ask for any more!"

"I paid $55 to have paperwork sent overnight on Thursday. I tracked the package and saw it wouldn’t get there until Monday. I called the ups number and they said to go back to the store to get a refund. I did, and the guy at the counter said I will have to talk to the manager about getting a refund because he could not do it. The manager was on the phone at the time dealing with computer issues and I had one guy in front of me. Once the manager was done with the computer issue, he dealt with the guy in front of me. Well, apparently, the guy in front of me needed 5 motorized and certified copies of documents. This literally took forever. I think I waited at least 30 minutes. Once they were finally done, I told the manager my issue. The manager informed me that he could not refund me because the higher powers would not let him. He got my contact information and told me that I will be kept in the loop. Of course I had an attitude. I’ve been standing in line for a long time. I told him his employee said I can get a refund, the employee said he told me I “might” be able to get a refund. I said, what does it matter? I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes?? Not to mention, I could have given him all my information while he was taking care of the person in front of me. I was told the higher power was going to contact me. They have not. Still no refund. I’m planning on calling ups corp and filing a complaint. This is not a store I recommend going to."

"This location was swamped and my wait time was long but the girl at the front named Rue stayed cool and calm under pressure! She kept a smile with each customer and told customers they could shorten their wait by using the kiosks. I watched her go above and beyond for each person. Kudos to this lovely and hardworking gal!"
