"Extremely frustrating that your app doesn’t let you text the driver like Uber and door dash does. I’m in need of my package and you had a four hour window to deliver it of, which is now wasted time for me. Update- the reply is a nice halfhearted attempt at caring, but does not actually take steps to resolve issues. We need more customer support from you guys . still would be awesome to have that feature, as another package is lost. Marked as delivered with a photo of it on someone’s lap in a car, instead of at my porch, as normal. You also cannot call this company, and they’ve blocked me on Facebook because I asked them to contact me about the package THEY misplaced."

"The use of this service is included in my amenity fee and I am unable to opt out of it. This is the only logistics company that I have issues with with packages going missing. Amazon, UPS and FedEx are all perfectly fine if they deliver direct. I wish I was not forced to pay for this service, as it is costly and frustrating. They will not take responsibility for their delivery people stealing packages."

"We live in an apartment complex that requires us to pay for this service. It is good in theory, but has not been a great experience since the beginning. Our packages are consistently delivered to the wrong apartment in our complex or delivered to another complex entirely. We intentionally scheduled Fetch to deliver when we would be at the apartment. This said, it is stressful waiting for the delivery, so that we can immediately run to the door to see if our package was delivered. If not, we then have to check the photo to see if it was misdelivered within our complex and hopefully to run over there to grab our package. There have been several occasions when our packages were delivered within our complex but to a totally different apartment number. This is weird for our neighbors and us. If the package was delivered to another complex then we lost the package. We immediately reach out to Fetch to let them know and then you get to engage in email correspondence for the next several days while Fetch "investigates". For the most part, their investigations team is nice. While I have been refunded for several misdelivered packages, this service has cost me money above and beyond what was reimbursed. I will be moving at the end of my lease and will make sure to choose a complex that does not require a payment for the Fetch service as they are not convenient and their drivers are not well trained. I just canceled any delivery from Fetch and will plan to pick up any remaining packages this weekend. I will no longer be sending any of my packages to Fetch."

"Avoid Fetch at all costs if you can. My apartment forces us to use it otherwise we cannot get packages delivered to our address. The first time they didn't deliver a package I was home with all my windows AND door wide open during the reported delivery time. I can guarantee they did not deliver it. After a series of back and forth emails and recipts they eventually refunded my items. Glad to get the money back, but lost all my Christmas gifts. The second time they didn't deliver: the package is marked as delivered by USPS but Fetch claims they did not receive it. After speaking with USPS on the phone they confirmed the delivery again. Fetch will not refund it because they say they never receive it, USPS will not refund it because they say they delivered it. If an apartment complex forces you to use Fetch, I recommend moving in somewhere else."

"Just learned something extremely interesting about your packages If in the event you miss the nighttime delivery, the driver takes your stuff home with them… Who is responsible for the security of our items? This information from the manager at the fetch location … ask, said manager for a phone number for somebody Higher to discuss issues. The standard fans you get at this location” I don’t know”. This company does not understand delivery between 4 and 7 PM. It’s 803 and still no package their service is awful!!! Second delivery did not show up on time Third time must be a charm… on time!! Strike two… screwed up Strike three…. Again"
