UPS Customer Center 16510 West Indian School Road, Goodyear, AZ 85395

"Apparently, this location does not have the ability to print a return label. Who knew that a place that prints shipping labels couldn't print a shipping label for a product return. I even had the link to the table and a QR code for them to scan, but no, they don't have that ability. What is the point of this location? I was told to go down the street to a UPS store so that they could print the label for me. How dumb is that? So I leave the warehouse location, to go down the street, to print a label, for my package to be picked up by a ups truck later, to be returned back to this warehouse location, to ship the package. Makes complete sense. What a waste of time and poor logistics. Won't be back. Don't recommend this place."

"Getting there and parking was very easy with signage to the customer center and the customer only parking. I only knock off for the wait. It was 45min-1hr wait to get a small package that they themselves called me to come pick up."

"If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Lied to about them having the wrong address. Lied to about driver contacting us when they couldn't deliver it. Lied to about how only the shipper could change the address with the shipper on the phone. Was to be out for delivery next business day, again a lie. This is nothing new with UPS, how are they still even in business? Guess there really isn't any sort of oversee on companies that continue to do business in such manner."

"I drove 2 hrs from my house to send off a Dyson vacuum cleaner. I walked in with my Dyson and my RMA number. The employee had no clue what a RMA # was. This is definitely a training opportunity. He just typed on his computer for minutes. I finally asked him”Did you find it”? He said no I can’t help you. Time to call it quits for the day. I guess I will try again tomorrow. Now the next day I visited the UPS Store on 485 S Watson Rd, Ste 103, Buckeye, AZ 85326. Fast-Easy-Delivery. I walked in with my RMA # for my Dyson return. Rebecca knew exactly what I needed to do. She listened to my request and helped with all my shipping needs...amazing. Thank You, Rebecca."

"Great customer service although it took them a bit to find my package. I got there right at 8 am when they opened and they were ready to go. I did like that they have a dedicated parking lot just for the customers since this is a UPS hub, there are hundreds of cars. Glad to have them on the West side."
