"Fix your Robot phone garbage. Taking a literal 20 minutes just to get in que is borderline sub intelligent. Even more fun when trying to call and find out who opened your locked mail box and possible stole stuff. The robot is so sensitive to around noise and acts less intelligent than my actual dog. Asking for a straight 10 mins if I wanted to speak to an agent."

"The United States Postal Service does not do any good service when it comes to their job they actually do a disservice since they are too lazy to carry packages and just leave them in the driveway. They make sure to bring you your bills but forget getting anything shipped by them I have already lost $600 in dog food because of their blatant laziness and now I have lost more because of that same laziness do not use this shipping service unless needed."

"Bought a brand new house, on a brand new street. Told to go into this post office to figure out where to put our mail box. Several trips, a multitude of calls, and several months later we still have no answer. Reported them to the postal inspector for mail theft. Then i finally got a call and instead of doing the one thing they exist to do, deliver mail, they're now holding it all. Worst post office of any in the entire country I've had to deal with. The amount of effort to just not do their job supercedes any of the worst jokes you could make about them. Tax dollars hard at work making their recipients life hell."

"Awesome post office. Great customer service. I wish they had an automatic machine like downtown Phoenix. Would really help the lines get shorter. **Saturday pick up is from 9:00-10:00 am only. Can also drop packages if the label is already printed on them.** they will be picked up and driven into the main downtown post office for dispatch on a plane Saturday’s as well. Daily drop off is until 4:30. Pick up is immediately after to take to the downtown post office for immediate dispatch by airplane from there."

"I have lived in Maricopa since 2004 and although this post office has stayed the same size even though the town has increased in size tremendously, it is without a doubt the friendliest post office around. All of the workers there are personable and incredibly nice. I have enjoyed getting to know the ladies there ."
