"Set up appointment for fingerprinting days earlier. As I arrived the gentleman working up front stated that the notary just left. I asked if the notary was the same individual who did the fingerprinting. The gentleman stated no, and that if I had an appointment I was ok. Waited in line for 20 minutes. As my turn arrived I stated I was there for my fingerprinting appointment. I was then informed that the fingerprinting machine was down. Why when I arrived and announced I was there for fingerprinting was I not informed that the machine was down? Also, why was I not called and informed that the machine was down since I had an appointment with a specific time set up? Very unprofessional. Needs better management and better training."
