This company is not only very personable and have gotten my rolloffs to my projects on short notices. They discuss pricing upfront and have always been fair. Their services go beyond other companies. "I called and talked to the owner about getting a rolloff. She gave me the details about rental rates, costs associated to being over one ton In weight the first ton is free. Everyting sounded good and I gave her my credit info. I then quickly got a couple of text messages with two documents on the do's and don'ts. One document mentioned no hidden fees. Once the rolloff arrived at my place I got the first bill and I notice a $50 gas surcharge. I thought that makes sense since fuel prices have gone up. Then when they picked up the rolloff I got a second bill for what I was correctly charged on the weight overage, but there was now a second $50 fuel surcharge. I called to ask why there were two fuel surcharges and she rudely said "have you bought gas lately?" I told her one fee is fine but two were excessive. She agreed to remove the second fee. I needed a second rolloff and they sent another and again double charged me and the owner refuses to remove the second fee and was quite rude about it. I also pointed out their website mentions a $50 overage fee but they are charging $60 per ton. She said it was the web designers error not hers. Illegal billing and false advertising along with rude customer service."
