"We were the only people in drive thru, placed a normally sized order(only $30) they parked us, that was fine. Waited fifteen minutes, a truck came up with a mobile order and got their food. Sent my boyfriend in to find out what was going on. Another ten minutes passed then I went in. Joey was extremely rude and unapologetic about the long wait. Got our food, and OF COURSE they messed it up had to go back in and it took another five minutes to make it right. Mind you besides the mobile order we were the only customer, and we were there first! Thirty minutes in a "fast" food drive thru not even for a large order. Completely unacceptable."

"I know this place usually takes a long time but tonight was definitely the last straw. We went through the drive-thru and unfortunately someone pulled up behind us so we were stuck waiting in line for 40 minutes for two tacos and a Jumbo Jack when there were only two cars in front of us. This place always takes so long when it's the least busiest Jack in the Box in all of Pima County."

"I stopped by there to get food to go on Christmas night. Even though they were very busy the college age boy working the counter was very polite and asked me how my Christmas was. He was in a positive mood and gave good customer service , even though he couldn't wait to get off in a bit to spend the rest of Christmas with his family (he told the guy in front of me). I told him to take a moment and enjoy a beautiful sunset outside."

"During the day even when it was busy at lunchtime they were quick and food came out well. Times I've been through at night it's embarrassing. My the year old child can make simple things with easy instructions. My burger came upside down in it's box, half wrapped, meat and cheese almost put on by mistake."

"I understand being understaffed so we did not mind the wait in the drive thru (inside was closed). We were there 45 minutes. The gentleman at the window asked if we wanted sauce. I asked him what they kinds they had. He said I don't know. Huh. Anyway, had to air fry our fries cuz they were not cooked. Then I open my Hamburger to find there was actually only HALF a patty on it, the smallest tomatoe ever and almost no ketchup. It looked nothing like their sourdough jack. It was terrible. Short staffed or not, this is just unacceptable."
