"I have used this UPS Store seven times. Every time I have been here, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. It is a clean, fully stocked, fully staffed store. There are always two weighing stations available and a drop off box. You can take your shredding here, get documents notarized, have a mailbox and have them pack and ship things for you. I love having this great UPS Store so close to home."
"I sent a birthday card on October 30th that Monday morning from your store. The recipient received it 6 days later. The item, a suncatcher, I had inserted in the envelope was gone. I had taped it closed. The recipient has a locked mailbox. The gal that waited on me was not customer friendly. I ignored it smiled and thanked her. She had asked if I wanted the receipt, but it was only about three dollars. I didn't want to bother the poor gal. There was a rip at the bottom of the envelope that was not there when it was sent. The ripped envelope was inside the addressed one. Obviously, the sun catcher was removed ripping the inside envelope."
"Don't bother scheduling a pick up or requesting your package be left somewhere more secure. The drivers won't care. Just had a driver pull in, leave a missed pick up attempt, and then leave all in the time it took me to get my shoes on and get out the door. Zero attempt to make contact or pick up my package. Customer service was literally no help, contacting the store was also zero help as they transferred me back to the same non local customer service line."
"Went in a bit ago for a couple copies and waited in line for ab five minutes (no problem) and while I was waiting, another customer came in and left some boxes on the counter. When the female employee was finished with the guy in front of me, she immediately went to this customer and helped him before me. I get that he's probably a lot more of an important customer than me, but the arrogance of the employee to not even acknowledge me before helping the guy who basically cut in line is unacceptable. I'll gladly drive over to Cortaro and get better service."
"Went in to return 2 Amazon packages and the General manager Andree Ana was extremely rude and short with me because the box was not taped and she said new policy requires them to charge a dollar to tape a box! It wasn’t ridiculous enough they charge for tape but for her extremely rude and horrible customer service! Especially in front of other customers and employees. A general manager that acts like an immature child, representing the company that way needs to go back to entry level position! Mr. Owner, I am shocked that you find that your employee was not rude and unprofessional, where are your standards?? She was definitely rude and did not have to act that way at all towards me over a dollar charge! With your rebuttal it makes me wonder where your professionalism and standards for customer care stand at all? I mean your business is just sending boxes, but we as people deserve good customer service even if we are at McDonalds! Obviously the apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree, maybe she is related?! Since you are the owner and claim how she treated me as a customer was okay, professional and in lines with good customer service then I recommend you also need to go back to entry level or at least get educated and then teach your employee’s the proper way to defuse a situation instead of being just plain rude! Your perspective was entirely different and your opinion is biased. I work in Consumer Affairs, and I implore you to learn, get educated and have some better expectations and skills to be an example to your employees! Also I hope that in return you are treated the same way your employee treated me and it follows you wherever you go, whether you are at Mcdonald’s or The Ritz Carlton! And in closing, I will be sure never to return to your store and share this experience with as many people as possible."
