"Manager was very rude, I would never go back to this place. The only positive was the woman driver I had. The company gave her the wrong address, it was a negative experience. They make the drivers buy their own gas. Horrible. For 64.00 you would think it would be 5 star. If it weren’t for my woman driver, it is a 1 star.Lorraine should be given a raise. She’s to good for them."
"Buyer beware! These people are out to get your money and they don't care how they do it! All fees are NONREFUNDABLE but they don't tell you that until AFTER you have given them your credit card! Go read their reviews on Yelp I wish I did! There are many other shuttle companies in Tucson- we ended up using Stagecoach and we'll be disputing these charges with our credit card company!!"
"I didn't even want to give them a star but it is the only way I could rate them. So, I found this company through a search and contact them to book transport for my husband and I'm buisness travel from Sahuarita/Green Valley area. I successfully booked the travel and was given a conformation number, but I asked for an email receipt. Later that day we found that we no longer needed the transportation and I contacted them to cancel. I was then told that they had a no refund policy and I could cancel my transportation but I would not receive a refund. I informed the booking agent that it was never disclosed to me that the reservation was no refundable at any time during the booking. She then transferred me to their manager, who informed me that they record every call and that if it was not disclosed then I would receive a full refund. He asked me to contact the office the following day at 8:30 am, to discuss the audio and the status of my refund. The next day (today) I waited until 9:45 to call the office to f/u. I was hung up on, then I called the managers number (which was on the bottom of my receipt for contact) and the line was picked up and I said "hello" and I was hung up on. I then called back to the office location and the line was answered. I indicated who I was and the reason for calling, and asked if the audio had been reviewed and if there was any follow up. The booking agent said "no", I then asked if the manager was available and she said "no", I then asked if she could contact the manager and she said "no". At this time I again explained the situation and that I was asked by the manager to follow up and reassured, by him, that he would review the audio for a refund if it was not diclosed. She then told me to call back at 7:00pm, and then told to call back a couple minutes later. So, I called back 30 minutes later. A booking agent answered the phone, I introduced myself and she hung up on me. I then repeatedly called back and received no answer. I called the manager and left a voice mail expressing my concerns. Around 12:00pm I called the buisness back and a woman answered the phone and informed me that the issue had yet to be looked at or resolved. I explained to her my concerns with the transaction and informed her that I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the claim. At this point she began to yell at me. I asked her to stop yelling and informed her that I believed her behavior to be unprofessional, and she told me I was unprofessional and continued to yell. I then informed her that I would be contacting the news to report their buisness practices and ended the call. Immediately after, I contacted 9 on your side (I have a friend who is an investigative report for them) and discussed the issue and provided information. I then contacted my credit card company who explained to me that because it was not noted on my receipt (which I had to ask for), that she was sure I could dispute it. I'm writing this not for the matter of money but to discuss the unprofessional buisness practices of this company. If it was disclosed or on my receipt, I would have accepted their policy with no issue. But the fact that it was not disclosed and is not on my receipt concerns me. Also, that a manager created a plan to address the issue but then did not follow through on it, and last but not least I was avoided, yelled at and spoke to with profanity when I attempted to follow up on the matter. I will not use this company and we tell my husband's and my family and fellow employees to not use the company. I question the validity of this company also."
"I have used their service twice last month, once to go to the airport and the next to return. Outstanding service, great booking agents-over the phone, good drivers who are responsive and on time and keep communicating via phone or texting. The trip cost is much lower than the taxi that allows one to tip more generously the drivers. I hope they will keep up the great customer service and care and the price. I plan to use them for all my taxi and shuttle service needs while I'm in Tucson. It is to be noted I have no relation to this people, and I am a value investor who wants to review and report faithfully."
"I made a reservation which the agent took and said I would be picked up at the given time. The night before a driver called me to tell me she could not make it in time so she canceled the reservation. The company STILL charged my credit card for a ride I never received. I have contacted the manager four times....he said he would refund me the first time I talked to him, it has now been a month and still no refund and he will not respond to my calls. These people are very unreliable and do not take any responsibility for their fraudulent charges."
