"The girl working there at the front desk Friday 19th at 1:20pm seems to be very miserable at her job her customer service was terrible. Was rude not helpful at all. Was it her first day? Because she didn't have any idea on how to do her job. I feel bad that our tax dollars is paying for people who don't care about helping the community or even do her simple job. She didn't know how to do a simple change of address and kept giving us different answers."

"If this lady is handling your packages BEWARE! Even if you have them marked fragile, she will throw them, and enjoy doing so. It seems like she just wants to spite customers. I’m a business customer who spends thousands each week on shipping labels with USPS, and it seems like she hates me for it. This is around the fifth or sixth time she has thrown my packages, and today, she literally laughed at me when I asked her not to throw my packages. Additionally, this USPS will claim that they cannot scan in your packages if you don’t have a PO Box at this location, because they won’t get “credit” for it. I’ve never encountered something like this in all my years of doing business with different USPS locations around Arizona. I think it’s time for me to find another carrier to work with."

"Mailman kicked our dog and then reported our dog saying it bit him (no bite marks only a small scratch from maybe a nail). Now are dogs titled aggressive, and to top it off, he will no longer deliver our packages and we always have to go to the post office and get them ourselves now recently they've givin me every excuse not to give me my packages and always have to come in on a different day as if to catch them off guard on there own game. This office is absolutely garbage and doesn't know how to treat its own people. 100% do not recommend you'd be better off going to the next post office.."
