"Dr. Goode was very attentive to my needs. He's detailed in his explanations and has a gentle personality. Unfortunately, he was running late by an hour. This was my first time working with him, so I don't know if this is the norm or there were exceptional circumstances. I'm retired, so my schedule is flexible. Others in waiting weren't as fortunate or as understanding. Doctors are always told to listen intently to their patients and spend adequate time with them. This doesn't always allow for timeliness with other appointments. It's a catch 22 for the Practitioners, so one's understanding of that dynamic is critical when seeing anyone whose services are in demand."
