"Very rude customer service. I called in for a new quote, talked to the secretary, who was initially not too polite, to then get a phone call back saying "Cindy & Mark told you they were not interested in giving you a quote for this project". First, I was taken by surprise since this is a completely new project I am working on, second by the tone of voice of the secretary. Then she went back and forth on what I had said to her... whatever... I just need a quote. "Well, what do you want a quote about?" was her response. "I need a job done with doors" I said. "No, they are not interested" she said and HUNG UP on me. Wow! Dear Cindy and Mark, as a small business owner myself, I would most definitely want to know if the person I have responding calls is treating potential customers in this manner."
