"Kudos to family owned, Neat Pool and Supply. We really missed our hot tub when our 20 year old Hot Spring quit working. We checked out several companies, but were really impressed with Neet Pools. Penny and Celina were both personable, knew their product line and answered all of our questions. We were set up with a site inspection the following day with Wayne Jr. He was very professional, showed up on time and was a wealth of information. Less than a week later, Wayne Jr. and Nick delivered and set up our spa. Despite the tight area, they made it look easy. They stayed until the spa was full and verified it was heating properly. Wayne then spent time giving us instructions as to how the spa worked, the necessary chemicals and maintenance care. We couldn't have been more pleased with the integrity and kindness we found with this company. We will definitely be looking to them for our pool needs from now on as well. Update: We have since gone in for pool water testing and chemical advice and received excellent customer service from Carter at the front desk as well. He was so patient with all of our questions."

"The Neat Pool staff have been very helpful since I first contacted them about a hot tub in April, 2022. It is now January, 2024, and I have my tub up and running! I started the process long before committing to a purchase because supply chain issues were common and I didn't know how long it would take to get a tub. Salena assured me that they had tubs in stock and could get a custom one ordered. When it came time to actually order the tub, she was very helpful getting the right combination of options and clear on expected delivery time and what we needed to do for site preparation. Since they're an hour away, we communicated mostly through e-mail and texts, which was quite efficient. The tub arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. Wayne did the set up and gave me some useful instructions to get it started. When I had a minor issue with priming the waterfall pump, he helped get it started. The store staff have also been very helpful getting my water (VERY hard with total dissolved solids over 2000!) adjusted. I've been very happy with both the quality of the hot tub and the level of service!"
