I did not abandon the job I had to leave due to over worked I was tired. They knew this ."

"The absolute WORST place to work. They are a self proclaimed "family oriented store" but couldn't care less about their employees. They constantly push their boundaries disregard issues in the store and allow zero accomodations.if you get employed and wish to move positions good luck. If your family passed and you need time off... Too bad. If you have allergies to the perfumes and want to be in another location of the store. Ope sucks to be you. Management is trash and the place is falling apart to no surprise of any associates. They have obvious favorites allowing associates to verbally abuse customers with no consequences then turn around and punish other associates for being verbally assaulted. This location will break you and not give a care less. If I could give a negative I would. Don't waste your time!!!!"

"Kacey (Sri Lankan woman) helped me out from the moment I walked into the store. I said I would be back after she sprayed a sample which I’m sure she hears all the time. But I did come back and purchased the full size as opposed to the smaller size I said I was going to buy. I was with my teenage helper and she was helpful with her as well."

"I hope the makeup counter ladies work on commission. In a Pretty Woman kind of way, I approached the Lancôme counter wanting direction and then to purchase a line of skincare. The lady was so uppity and condescending. She gave me no attention at all. She should have plopped me in her chair and educated me. There were no other customers in the makeup department so it wouldn’t have been a problem. I want her to know I came home and spent over a thousand dollars on skin care on the Lancôme website. Amazing product and I will by using it for a very long time. I will be buying it directly from them. Too bad because I like to keep my money local."
