"I bought alot of shorts there I washed one pair didn't notice one of the shorts had a anti theft device on it went to Oregon wanted to wear them but couldn't. Do when I got back to lake havasu I went to the store and I told them couldn't wear them because of this device. So I asked for a discount on a other pair and kid in there started raising his voice at me with customers in the store I think he got out of hand .he needs to learn how to talk to customers. I will never buy anything from that store.i hope the manager will have a talk with him.he gas no respect."
"Was in the store at 7pm on May 12th. I am not easily offended but Was completely appalled at the language the pretty young girl behind the counter was using. If you want to know who’s Fing who at the HS go in and shop…you will hear things that you do t really want to hear."
"My wife and her mother just left the store after buying 2 pais of shoes. The young man was kind but the manager was rude as hell, wont be in buisness too long with that woman around. People talk and being rude to a 60 and 80 year old is just aweful"
"I am a frequent visitor of lake Havasu as my parents have a home there. I often head there with my children while my husband is deployed. We absolutely loved this store. They always gave us military discount which was amazing because my husband can’t use it as he’s always deployed. A couple weeks ago I come in to buy a hat and the owner suggested a headband, so I bought tht too. I went to show my I.d as done on previous trips and she told me because I wasn’t the one serving, I wouldn’t get it. No big deal, until she started to run her mouth about how shameful it is that people take advantage of using their dependent I.d to get a discount. I was so offended paid for my stuff because I wanted it, then decided that it would be my last time shopping there. Just FYI owner if you’re reading this, with my husband gone so often there’s not way for him to come in and take advantage of your 10% off. I’m holding down the fort at home and most businesses understand that."
