"The Big Ben's team of 3 were cordial, friendly, attentive to details and seemingly enjoyed the process of what they were doing, thus showing forth respect for whom they were serving. We've utilized movers in the past and grew very disappointed in their overall approach to what they would consider more a job, rather than a service they were providing with respectful courtesies and integrity attached to it.... taking good care of the owners properties. I especially appreciated Tanner's attentiveness and delicateness in disassembling and reassembling parts of a desk that was mismanaged/damaged in previous moves, but a piece of furniture that has proved of great use for my wife for many years, but also, it holding precious memories, for what would appear to most, just an ordinary desk. And I also loved how they spread everything out in the van in helping to maintain the integrity of all the items the best they could. Of what I've experienced with other moving companies, piling high is the way to go, so they can shove in other deliveries for the sake of THEM saving money and we footing the bill for potentially mishandled/damaged items. "My daughter and I moved to Santa Clara from up north. It was a stressful move but when the 2 men from Big Ben's Moving and Storage got here, that stress quickly went away! They were very professional and kind. They were able to lift heavy dressers and 2 heavy armoires, it seemed with ease, using body straps and each other. They were careful not to hit the walls with the furniture even in tight fit situations.They had the truck unloaded in about an hour and even set up my bed and put the legs on a table for me! They were great! If you are moving, I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company. I'm so grateful that I did!!"

"Big bens is amazing! Tanner and Brian are solid workers! They showed up at 9:30am to load and by the time we drove to the new house they didn’t get done with the unload until 1 am! I never heard any complaints, and they continued to work solid the entire time! They stayed positive about it all! And had great energy! My 3 year old was following them around saying “my friends”… where I would of probably gotten annoyed, they still worked really well and gave her some attention! My 7 year old also loved to talk to them- and they would respond and react to both children with a lot of compassion! Highly recommend Big Bens! Also Ben (the owner) is a solid guy! He’s honest, and has integrity! You can trust him! It was way nice not having to lift anything, and big bens did everything for you! They were very professional and vocal with everything they did! You won’t regret your decision in choosing Big Bens! If I could give more stars, I would!"
