"Hard to be more disappointed. I usually give companies 5 stars, but Matson costed me thousands in lack of clarity, poor customer service, and not telling me until their "at the lastest" day that my car was on a second barge and backed up for upwards of another 2 weeks. I ended up scrambling to get to my new job as they strung me along for weeks. Worst service I've ever had. I had previously never reported someone to the BBB, but was inclined to do so with Matson. I recommend avoiding working with them."

"Horrible service for EV shipping! I shipped a Tesla X from Oakland to Kauai almost 3 weeks ago and it sits in Honolulu with a battery that’s almost completely drained and was full, but Matson refused to allow anyone to charge it nor to charge it themselves so it can be driven on and off the next ship/barge. Horrible outdated management after having frequent similar problems with EVs and the World is going to EVs but Matson refuses to update and offer needed service, even tho they charge for service. Matson Customer Service advised me to hire a tow service and hung up on me. Bad Company! Adding charging services is inexpensive, helpful, reduces problems, generates Company revenue, but is beyond these dinosaurs. If you need to ship an EV go anywhere but with Matson! Very sad after decades of shipping exclusively with them!"

"Manager said I was not being receptive to what I was learning but I had five different people teaching me the same thing not once did the manager teach me anything different or was in the office long enough to teach me but she went off on one person saying that I wasn't trying to learn the information and fired me never listen to the other people on the team or me only one person horrible company to work for I was working through a temp service so I know I was doing what I was suppose to have been doing cause i didn't work for them I was representing a different company"

"Had an interview here and was glad they didn't call me back. The girls at the front desk were very unprofessional. They assumed I didn't know what they were saying but I'm fluent in Spanish too (never judge a book by it's cover). Then some guy was complaining about having another interview to do. FYI: the person being interviewed is observing the environment and ALL the employees too."

"I would not recommend Matson navigation to anybody. This company does not pay for damages to your vehicle when they ship it across the ocean, and will let time lapse for customers to file a claim."
