"This delivery company is a huge joke! They schedule a delivery and then don't bother to keep the appointment. Then, they send the product back to the freight depot and reject it so that another carrier will have to make the delivery!! And once you call them to get the status, they deny any knowledge of their involvement even though the freight company gives you their phone number to check on the status of delivery because their freight records show Intelliquick as the final carrier. Instead, they say, "Call the previous freight company and ask them where they dropped-off your item, 'cause we don't have it." What a joke!"
"Do not work for this company. They do not care about their employees one bit. Constantly threatening termination on “blackout” days they choose at random. Withholding a promised bonus from Amazon from their Salt Lake City delivery drivers. Scummy company. Almost a year later and they still have my money."

"Had a really sweet driver (Robert) deliver my companies payroll every week. Very professional and clean and polite. Don’t know if he left or they just have someone else now doing the delivery but what a difference. This new driver is the complete opposite! No pleasentries, not even a hello or goodbye , have a nice day, etc. very rude and unprofessional. Not clean cut As I said the exact opposite. Also our payroll was NEVER late. Now late 2 of the past 3 weeks. May be time to switch to ADT."
"If I could give zero stars I would. We are a small business with a large global footprint. We used intelliquick to courier 2 packages a week across town. Ever single time we cancelled one of those pick ups they would give us a confirmation of the cancellation but, the courier would still show up. We would have to call and make sure we didn't get charged and on several occasions we were still charged and had to deal with the billing department. One driver yelled and had a scary fit at our front door because the office doesn't communicate well. We asked that he not come to our property again. The new driver accidentally put our package into the blue USPS bin and said that it was not his problem. We had to kick up a stink to have intelliquick contact the post office to get our package back. And finally, just this week, they lost our package. It was filled with tax documents and checks. People's personal information. They had different stories each time you called about what happened to the package. At first, they agreed they showed it as not delivered. I was then connected to someone else who said it was delivered and isn't their issue once it is delivered. Our delivery goes into a closed container that only the receiver can open. So no one stole it. They lost it. They said they would figure it out and call us back. They never called back. I just called to cancel all future deliveries and they didn't even care why I was cancelling. People - do not send important documents with these people. We don't know how we will rectify these lost documents."
